Kathleen M. Albury, Sales Executive at Raine & Horne Bella Vista/ Glenwood began her career in real estate in 1998 by receiving her Florida Real Estate License. She then went to work for Coldwell Banker in Jupiter, Florida as a sales agent after an intense and thorough training program with an emphasis on ethics within the industry. Kathleen moved to Abaco, The Bahamas in 1999. She then enrolled in the Bahamas Real Estate course, sat for the examination and received her license from the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA).
Kathleen first started her career in the Bahamas with a very reputable company until she was asked to join the largest and most renowned real estate company in the Bahamas in 2003 after being a top producer in the Abaco Real Estate industry since 1999. Kathleen is a licensed member of both the Bahamas Real Estate Association and the National Association of Realtors in the United States. She maintains both her licenses with the National Association of Realtors and the Bahamas Real Estate Association through continuing education courses annually. Kathleen has served as a member and Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the newly formed Abaco Chapter of the Bahamas Real Estate Association, between 2001 and 2003. Prior to moving to Australia, Kathleen was elected to be President of the Association by her peers within the industry. In March of 2006, Kathleen received her Bahamian Brokers License which is the highest license in the Bahamas. In April of 2006 she also became a Certified Internet Professional by receiving her e-PRO designation through the National Association of Realtors. Kathleen keeps up with the continuing education courses that are set up by both BREA and NAR. Kathleen has also completed four CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Courses, has been inducted into the Bahamas Real Estate Institute, has received the B.R.I. designation and she has completed the Licensed Residential Appraisal Course which gives her the most comprehensive knowledge of how to complete a CMA/Appraisal.
Kathleen has continually been named a Top Producer in The Bahamas, received her Transnational Referral Certification, completed the Resort and Second Home Markets Course, and became a Certified Residential Specialist by earning my CRS Designation which only 4% of Realtors in the US have been able to achieve. Throughout her fifteen years in the real estate industry, she has sold luxury estates, undeveloped properties, private residences, private Islands, and various development properties. Kathleen Albury is listed in the Who’s Who in International Real Estate, is listed as an International member of the National Association of Realtors, and continues to receive various accolades and awards throughout the Real Estate Industry.
Kathleen moved from The Bahamas to Australia and has already been able to find success within the Raine & Horne team selling a house within her first week of employment. Kathleen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from differing Real Estate Markets to the Australian Real Estate Industry as well as Real Estate Contacts from all over the World. She loves enjoying the Australian lifestyle and currently lives in Stanhope Gardens with her 12 year old daughter, Madisyn who is a seventh grade student at Glenwood High School.
